| Working Procedure : | - Sampling: To give fast support we are able to make any kind of sample based on
buyer’s measurement and pictures. Within 8 days, we are able to
reach the sample in any part of the world. To give fast sample
service, we always keep ready yarn/fabrics/accessories in our
own stock to prepare samples as soonest as possible.
- Raw Material Sourcing: We have all kinds of local and foreign
sourcing for arranging fency yarn/ accessories.
- Quality Control System: In every steps of production we have a strong quality control (Q.C.) team consist of 12 quality controllers under a highly experienced quality control manager. All the members of this team abide by the instructions and comments given by quality manager in every steps of production. Before starting the production, we arrange a meeting where everyone of Q.C. department become present and we discuss about buyer’s comments, what type of problem may be found in production and what is their solutions and finally how quality will be controlled.
- In-Line Inspection: Our Q.C. deptartment arrange a in-line inspection of every style after starting the production. Then make a report based on this inspection and distribute it to our all Q.C. people. Our Q.C. people follow these comments in every stage of production to make sure the standard quality of goods.
- Buyer's Comments & Approval: We strictly follow all the comments given by buyer on corrected sample, buyer’s measurement sheet, handfeel and other qualities.
