We have a quality policy for quality assurance. We introduced independent quality control team(QCT). The quality policy is written in English and in our native language also. The quality policy of Fashion Source is to manufacture and export different kinds of high quality products to it's customers. The objective of Fashion Source is to attain and enhance customer satisfaction by providing standard quality with reliability and also to increase efficiency of work force. To attain these objectives, Managing Director of Fashion Source has decided to adapt the following:

1. In our Sweater manufacturing unit, we have a quality control team consist of 12 members under a quality assurance manager ( QCM).
2. Every member of this team is highly skilled, experienced and efficient.
3. Quality team closely observe every stage of production and submit report to QCM.
4. Before starting any style in production QCM call a meeting and explain about the particular style how quality should be controlled and fine.
5. QC team strongly follow the quality of approval sample given by buyer and measurement of garments as per buyer's spec.
6. After starting the production to check the quality of garments our QC team make sure the IN-LINE-INSPECTION and note all the points and areas where quality should be improved. And this report goes to every stage of production like Knitting/Linking/Washing/Ironing section.
7. To create awareness regarding customer's requirements through out the organization.
